- Price: 150 € per session
- Duo package: €250 for two people
How does the session work?
The session is based on a method called auriculotherapy, which consists of stimulating specific points in the ear to act on the cravings and support your motivation. Each targeted point has a specific role: to reduce cravings, calm anxiety related to quitting and promote sustainable smoking cessation.
You remain seated, relaxed, and perfectly comfortable: the session is painless and without any unpleasant sensations. It lasts about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on each person, and allows you to obtain results from the first session.
To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a one-year warranty: if necessary, we reassess your situation and, only in this case, an additional session can be offered to guarantee the result.

What are the benefits of quitting smoking?
Reduced risk of serious illness
Quitting smoking significantly reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases (such as heart attacks and strokes), respiratory diseases and several types of cancer (lung, mouth, oesophagus, kidney, bladder, etc.). These benefits increase over time: for example, the risk of coronary heart disease is halved after a few years without smoking.
Improved breathing and endurance
Very soon after stopping (a few weeks to a few months), the lungs begin to cleanse. The body gradually eliminates the carbon monoxide inhaled with smoke, which improves blood oxygenation, reduces coughing and shortness of breath, and facilitates physical activity.
Better sensory and metabolic functioning
Quitting smoking allows a resumption of taste and smell, because the nerve endings regenerate. These changes can occur a few days or weeks after the last cigarette, improving the pleasure of eating and the perception of flavors.
Mental health and general well-being
Beyond the physical benefits, quitting smoking is associated with improved mental health. Studies show that quitting can reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress, improve mood, boost self-confidence, and increase overall quality of life. These effects are often as severe as those seen with some treatments for anxiety or depression.
Significant financial savings
Smoking is expensive on a daily basis. Quitting smoking eliminates this recurring expense — whether it’s for the cigarettes themselves, for medical visits related to respiratory or cardiovascular problems, or for medications. These savings can be reinvested in hobbies, personal projects, better nutrition or well-being.
